The hotels restaurant, regarded by many as one of the finest in the area, has an enviable reputation for first class service and excellent cuisine. It is firmly established with many customers who return time and again to enjoy fine dining, prepared by Head Chef Guy Stevens, featuring locally sourced produce including fresh fish from the nearby famous Grimsby fish market and accompanied by an exciting and varied wine cellar.

In an atmosphere of traditional surroundings, diners enjoy a wide choice of dishes, from either the Host Table menu which is changed on a daily basis or the more extensive a la Carte option. The restaurant has panoramic views over the Humber estuary, towards the distant Spurn Head lighthouse, making this a truly memorable dining experience.
